One of the greatest things we have ever done
is mind mapped all of our enterprises on one page.

I have to thank Sergiu Simmel for this idea,
after he talked about it on a teleseminar call
with Alex Mandossian.

After Mind Mapping every single iron in the fire we had going,
I burst out with laughter at the absolute ridiculousness
of what was happening.

That happened in 2008, which led to immense “pruning”
of business “ideas” and “projects”, and really got us focused.

Our time right now is currently being spent on our business,
